Purchase Commitment
Membership requires a one-year minimum purchase commitment with automatic renewal.
Order Schedule
Orders are fulfilled quarterly (March, May, August, October), with email reminders sent two weeks in advance. Members get exclusive pre-sale access and can customize orders. Shipping charges cannot be refunded after labels are printed; please check shipping preferences carefully. Charges occur before release dates.
Cancellations
Cancel via email at theville@JBellCellars.com at least 30 days before the next release. Early cancellation before one year incurs a $100 fee.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Add Info@JBellCellars.com to your email safe list for notifications.
- Orders may be picked up at the Louisville Tasting Room; notify us beforehand for quick service: theville@JBellCellars.com.
- Held orders are guaranteed for 90 days, after which substitutions or shipping at your expense may occur.
- Standard shipping is UPS Ground (2–7 days). Expedited or FedEx available for an extra fee.
- We ship to select states only.
- Shipments may be delayed for extreme weather; notifications and tracking provided.
- Adult (21+) signature required for alcohol delivery.
- Business addresses are preferred for reliable delivery.
- Double-check shipping details; changes and failed deliveries incur fees.
- Cancelled orders after processing are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

- Event tickets are final sale; club member tickets are non-transferable.
